Before any advice is provided, a detailed fact find and attitude to risk assessment are completed. Every recommendation is supported by a written suitability report, reviewed and signed off by your adviser before issue.
If you wish to proceed with a course of action your adviser considers unsuitable, a written insistent client letter will be issued setting out the risks clearly. No unsuitable recommendation will be implemented without this process being followed and documented.
Outplan Finance identifies and supports clients in vulnerable circumstances in line with FCA Consumer Duty guidelines. Where vulnerability is identified, the service is adapted accordingly. No client is ever pressured to proceed, and where the subscription is no longer appropriate, the client is supported in finding an alternative.
